How’s Your Boomer? is a podcast that aims to make tackling tough but necessary topics with aging parents and loved ones a little easier.

Even if your relatives aren’t technically Boomers, it’s a catch-all term for an older generation — a generation that many of us are now caring for in some ways or worrying about in others. Navigating sticky subjects from health scares and downsizing to finances and final wishes are hot topics in my circles. Caregiving resources for Gen X and Millennials are hard to find, so I decided to create one.

I’m no expert on this subject, but I’m popping on my reporter cap to find the folks who can give good guidance on retirement planning, health proxies, the importance of mobility and more.
